I am wondering why this suspect has not been arrested yet? I know that PD has said that "witnesses" are not cooperating.......but they picked this guy up with 200 methadone tabs and then Judge Symmons lowered his bail to $250k after she agreed with the DA on the "suspect" issue..........I just don't get it. We have so much serious crime here right now. There were 3 police involved car chases in SC county last week alone!!! In the last 4 years we seem to have had a continuous stream of homicide and violent crimes.

What I want to know is: what role, if any, did the victim's wife play in all this?
Jacob Bourne (Editor) September 11, 2012 at 08:35 PM
The man has been arrested, but not on the homicide charges yet. The sheriff's office has to be sure of it's case before they add that charge. Pat, those details wont come out until the pretrial or the trial, most likely.

I dont see why anyone would be asking about the role of the victims wife in her husbands shooting? what a sad and ridiculous world we live in, when that is the question on anyones mind. I hope and pray that justice is served in this case, and the perpatrator in this hate crime, gets what he deserves.
truth be told November 18, 2012 at 06:16 PM
because the victims wife was having sex with the guy that really did the murder

It's only going to get worse! With the economy the way it is and meth freaks everywhere trying to rob and kill people to get money instead of working for it! We live in a very sad world.

The reason the murder charges havent been added is because he didnt do it. I find it odd that the guy who supposedly shot and killed this guy was then found randomly driving around santa cruz later that day with a bunch of pills in his car? Not likely. The wife of this guy was high in her tv interview and has a history of meth addiction. She most recently shot at a police officer and then was shot herself while being arrested. She is the most likely suspect in this murder, not someone she randomly named because she knew he had a criminal record.
