Nov. 25:

Wilfull Cruelty to a Child/Conspiracy/Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 11:28 a.m.

Public Intoxication: 1400 block, 41st Avenue, 12:27 a.m.

Petty Theft: A woman's purse was stolen outside Safeway in Soquel at 2:25 p.m.

Battery: 1400 block, 41st Avenue, 2:35 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A gun was stolen from a home on Wildberry Lane in Soquel.

Nov. 22:

Battery with Serious Bodily Injury: Paul Robert Boulerice was arrested outside Subway at 2740 41st Ave. in Soquel after attacking another man. He accused him of collecting recyclables in his area then beat him up, bashing his head into a concrete bench and attempting to gouge his eyes out. Boulerice was taken to jail and the victim wsa taken to the hospital.

Threaten Crime with Intent to Terrorize: A man was threatened while surfing in Capitola at 12:02 p.m.

Commercial Burglary: Pro Build on Soquel Drive was broken into and unknown items were taken.

Nov. 21:

Threaten Crime with Intent to Terrorize: 1900 block, 41st Avenue, 1:11 p.m.

Public Intoxication: 1400 block, 41st Avenue, 3:42 p.m.

Petty Theft: A woman was arrested on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue at 5:54 p.m.

Grand Theft: 4300 Soquel Drive, 8 p.m.

Nov. 20:

Vandalism over $400: An empty bottle was thrown through a window at Bay Briar Shoppe on Daubenbiss Avenue in Soquel. 

Petty Theft: 1900 block, 41st Avenue, 1:37 p.m.

Nov. 19: 

Commercial Burglary: Cash was stolen from a business on the 900 block of 41st Avenue at 1:40 a.m.

Vehicle Burglary: A parking permit was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot at Cabrillo College. 

Vehicle Theft: 1300 block, 45th Avenue, 12:49 p.m.

Possession of Marijuana under 28.5 Grams: 200 block, Washburn Avenue, 12:30 p.m.

Trespassing: A person refused to leave the Best Western on 41st Avenue and was arrested at 1:05 p.m.

Burglary: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 5:23 p.m.
