Police Blotter: Juvenile Shoplifters, Assault and Drug Arrests

Feb. 5:

Forged/Altered Prescription: An adult male forged a prescription at the pharmacy in Soquel at 2:21 p.m.

Assault with a Deadly Instrument: A woman was assaulted by a man at 2720 41st Avenue in Soquel at 5:08 p.m. 

Using Another's ID: 1900 block, 46th Avenue, 7:24 p.m.

Feb. 2:

Public Intoxication: A man was arrested at 2730 41st Avenue in Soquel at 12:50 a.m.

Vandalism: A suspect threw a bottle through a car window on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue at 2:44 p.m.

Feb. 1:

Under the Influence of Alcohol and Drugs: A male was arrested on the 1700 block of 41st Avenue at 2:39 p.m.

Shoplifting/Violation of Probation: A male was arrested on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue at 3:06 p.m.

Shoplifting/Carrying a Conceiled Dagger/Conspiracy to Commit Crime: Three juveniles were arrested at in the Capitola Mall at 7:12 p.m.

Jan. 31:

Vehicle Burglary: Between 9:30 and 10:15 a.m., a surfer's vehicle was burglarized at 2995 Pleasure Point Drive.

Possession of Narcotics: Police chased a car containing two people to Porter Drive and Soquel Drive at 11:31 p.m. The passenger fled on foot, but the driver was found in possession of methadone pills and hypodermic needles. 

Driving with a Suspended License: A male was cited at Clares Street and Derby Avenue at 9:51 a.m.

Petty Theft: 800 block, Bay Avenue, 6 p.m.

Jan. 30:

Vandalism: The wall at Clares Street and Sommerfeld Avenue was defaced at 9:18 a.m.

Public Intoxication: 200 block, Monterey Avenue, 11:16 a.m.
