Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia: 1700 block, 44th Avenue, 11:49 a.m.

Disorderly Conduct, Alcohol: Three males were arrested at San Jose Avenue and Lawn Way at 4:07 p.m.

June 3:

Commercial Burglary: Granny Purps .

Commercial Burglary: Herbal Cruz was . 

Auto Burglary: A GPS was reported stolen from a truck at 3260 Daffodil Ct. in Soquel at 11:45 p.m.

Driving with Suspended License: A male was cited and released on the 500 block of Park Avenue at 11:05 a.m.

Petty Theft: A bicycle was stolen on the 1700 block of 44th Avenue at 2:49 a.m.

DUI: Luis Medina, 19, of Soquel was arrested by CHP. 

June 1: 

Disorderly Conduct, Alcohol: An intoxicated male was reported to be harassing customers on the 1700 block of 41st Avenue at 5:06 p.m.

Auto Burglary: 1700 block, 41st Avenue, 7 p.m.

May 31:

Possession of Narcotics/Possession of Controlled Substance/Possession of Hypodermic Needle/Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia/Violation of Probation: A female was arrested with heroin and methamphetamine on the 1000 block of 38th Avenue at 3:32 p.m.

Challenge of Fight in Public: A man challenged a road worker on the 500 block of Park Avenue at 1:15 p.m.

Vandalism under $1,000: 1000 block, 38th Avenue, 3:21 p.m.

Petty Theft: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 5 p.m.

Battery on Police Officer: 400 block, Capitola Avenue, 3:03 a.m.

Petty Theft: Deirdre Lyons, 46, was arrested by Santa Cruz SD.

Possession/Selling/Manufacturing a Dangerous Weapon: Braxton Aslip, 22, was arrested by Santa Cruz SD.

Driving without License/DUI/Battery on Police Officer: Jose Aceves, 25, was arrested by Capitola PD.

Possession of Controlled Substance/Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia/Revocation of Probation: Tessa Reynaga, 35, of Soquel was arrested by Capitola PD.

Disorderly Conduct, Alcohol: A man was arrested on Monterey Avenue and Capitola Avenue for public intoxication at 12:57 a.m.

Vandalism: A vehicle was reported to be vandalized in the Capitola Mall parking lot at 7:08 p.m.

Petty Theft from Unlocked Vehicle: A wallet was reported stolen from a car at 3989 Glen Haven Rd. in Soquel at 3 a.m.
