Mermaid Triathlon to Close Village Parking Lot
Find alternate routes and parking on Saturday morning.
Saturday's Capitola Mermaid Triathlon will make an impact on traffic and parking.
According to an alert sent out by the Capitola Police Department on Friday afternoon, both Park Avenue and the Pacific Cove Parking Lot will be closed on Saturday from 6 a.m. until noon.
For that six hour window, drivers are advised to avoid the Village area.
