Fill 'er Up: Gas Prices Fall 10 Cents in 14 Days

Good news for those of us putting our odometers to work: Gas prices continue to fall.

The average price at the pump in Capitola and Soquel this week has fallen 10¢ since Memorial Day Weekend, making a trip to the gas station on a standard tank about $1.30 less expensive than it was seven days ago.

Memorial Day Weekend: $4.02

This week: $3.92

USA Gasoline in Soquel and Coast Gasoline in Capitola are the cheapest options at $3.85, 12¢ cheaper than two weeks ago. After the drop in gas prices matched the drop in oil prices two weeks ago, it was unclear whether gas prices would continue to plummet. Luckily for all of us, the burden on our wallets is lighter still than it was more than a month ago when prices peaked.

Check out the numbers below before choosing where to get gas.
