Capitola Flood: Five Months Later

Thursday marks the five-month anniversary of the first of two floods that devastated Capitola residents, city infrastructure and public funds.

Pacific Cove Mobile Home Park is still set to be closed by the city of Capitola, but at least walking around the premises is no longer a safety risk.
