Tortilla Flats owner Cheryl Marquez has been serving up her unique style of Mexican cuisine for more than 25 years. Marquez uses influences from her travels to New Orleans, Mexico and the Southwest to create dishes that include chicken mole enchiladas, tilapia poblano and Rio Grande carne asada. On Mondays and Tuesdays, customers can enjoy tapas, and the restaurant offers a variety of wine, beer, tequila and margaritas.
