Video: New Lifeguards Bring Truck, Jet Ski to Capitola Beach
KION made this special report on the new lifeguard system at Capitola Beach.
This spring, Capitola signed a contract with the City of Santa Cruz's lifeguard services to patrol Capitola Beach all summer. With them, the lifeguards bring a pick-up truck that roams the beach and a jet ski out in the water.
