VIDEO: Skydiver Lands at Beer Can Beach
This Aptos beach has become a landmark for plane-jumping daredevils.
Take a few spins by Beer Can Beach (accessible from the Rio Del Mar exit off Highway 1) and you are bound to catch a few skydiver landings.
Skydive Surf City, which operates out of the Watsonville Airport, claims to offer the only beachfront skydive landing in all of California. The landing in the video above was filmed Sunday, Feb. 5 around 12 p.m.
