Sand N Sea Fitness is proud to announce that we are now offering Baby Boomer Fitness classes Tuesday's at 12:00pm, Thursday's at 5:30pm and Saturday's at 8:00am. This class will focus on the specific health and fitness needs of people who are in their 40's, 50's and 60's. The class is open to everyone and you do not have to be a Baby Boomer to participate. This low-impact, beginner class will include exercises that are geared to make you stronger and more flexible. We will also work on balance, stamina and improving coordinated movement to help with fall prevention. Class sizes are limited so reserve your spot now.
