Aptos High Stays Undefeated In League Play and Wins Back To Back SCCAL Titles
The Aptos High football team beats Harbor High on the road and win their second straight Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League title.
An undefeated season in league play and sole possession of the Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League title is what the Aptos High football team earned themselves after they beat Harbor High 48–22 on Saturday afternoon.
The Mariners (8–2,6–0) ran the ball for over 400 yards including a 70-yard touchdown run by Cody Clifton in the fourth quarter. Aaron McAnerney racked up 112 yards and both Brodie Bennet and Billy Walls combined for a little over 160 yards.
As for the Pirates, Milo Small was able to get 282 yards passing along with three touchdowns (17, 21, 13) and one interception.

The Mariners are expected to receive a home game in the first round of the CCS playoffs since they won the SCCAL and will attend a meeting in San Jose to find out what seed they will receive in the postseason.
