Natural Chef Training Program: 6-Week Course

Chef and Nutritionist Jenny Brewer will give a hands-­on cooking class that will explore the vast variety of health-­supportive foods with a focus on vegetarian ingredients. Learn knife skills, fundamental cooking techniques, and practice the art of tasting, seasoning, and cooking “intuitively.” Classes meet Thursdays, May 3 through June 7. Reservations required.
