Know Who You're Voting for — Capitola Council Candidates

See how Dennis Norton, Ed Bottorff and Jacques Bertrand stand on the big issues facing Capitola.

Last month, we asked you, Capitola-Soquel Patch readers for your questions for the Capitola City Council candidates.

This year, the council seats of Dennis Norton and Kirby Nicol are expiring. With Nicol having reached his term limit, he could not run again. Incumbent Norton is again on the ballot, this year against Ed Bottorff and Jacques Bertrand — the three men vying for two spots on the council.

Norton served as Capitola Mayor in 2011, Botorff is on the Capitola Parking & Traffic Commission and Bertrand is the outgoing Capitola Treasurer.
