Got a Complaint about Capitola? Tell It to The Grand Jury

The Santa Cruz County Grand Jury is seeking input for new investigations.

Do you have a problem with the way things run with the Capitola city government? Did you know there's actually an official body to field your complaint and look into it?

The Santa Cruz County Grand Jury is a group of 19 local citizens that investigates citizen complaints and publishes its investigative findings yearly.

In a late August press release, the Grand Jury described itself as "a group of trained citizens charged with ensuring that county and city departments and special districts function in the best interest of the residents of Santa Cruz County."
