City Council Preview: SmartMeters and Police Promotions on the Agenda

The Capitola City Council will touch on SmartMeters, green living and the police department tonight, among other things.

Considering the big government-related news coming through Capitola this week, with , the Capitola City Council meeting agenda for tonight is rather tame.

With no formal agenda item pertaining to FEMA, expect plenty of questions in the public comments/oral communications section.
