City Council Preview: Skate Park Public Hearing to Take Center Stage

The Capitola City Council will hear a presentation from Public Works on possible locations for a skate park.

The Capitola City Council will hold its second and final September meeting Thursday at 7 p.m. in city hall's council chambers, and for the first time in months, the focus of the meeting is not set to be rent control.

Instead, it will shift back to another familiar topic: skateboarding. Many argue that Capitola needs a skate park to balance the Village skating ban. What do you think? .
