City Council Preview: Rent Control to Meet its Maker?
The Capitola City Council has a big decision to make on Thursday night.
The Capitola City Council will meet for the second and final time in August on Thursday evening with several big items on the agenda. The biggest issue, of course, is the likely repeal of rent control, which would hit Surf and Sand Mobile Home Park the hardest.
The meeting will start at 7 p.m. and should be filled past capacity with mobile home park residents. Check back Friday morning for a full meeting recap
