ABC News Talks Pacific Cove Shutdown

The City of Capitola is taking out a loan to remove residents from the Pacific Cove Mobile Home Park.

At last week's meeting of the Capitola City Council, it was decided that the city would take out a loan totaling nearly $2.4 million to relocate all residents from the Pacific Cove Mobile Home Park.

The council and planning commission have since the floods of 2011, deeming it an unsafe place to live.
