Hey large SUV owners, this one's for you. If your vehicle has a third row of seats accessible through a rear door, take extra precautions with how you leave your car.

Third seat theft is on the rise in California, because the last row of seats is easily accessible and can go for as much as $1000 on sites like Craigslist. Check out the video above from Good Morning America earlier this week for more information.
