Tractor Accident Kills Soquel Man

The 60-year-old rolled down an embankment and was found on Monday.

A man who had been using a tractor on the 200 block of Little Creek Road in Soquel on was found dead on Monday, sheriff's deputy April Skalland has told Capitola-Soquel Patch.

The 60-year-old victim rolled down a steep embankment and was pinned by the tractor, according to the Mercury News.

His body was found on Monday after 6 p.m., but it was not clear when the accident occurred.

Sheriff's Sgt. Christine Swannack said that it appeared accidental.

The man's name has not yet been released, as his next of kin has not yet been notified, Skalland said.
