An arrest warrant for Sloan in the amount of $900,000 has been issued for attempted homicide on a police officer, assault with a firearm on a police officer and failure to yield, Capitola Police said Tuesday.

At 10:30 Sunday night, Sloan was pulled over in front of the Capitola Mall for multiple traffic violations. She fled the scene and led police on a chase to Old San Jose Road, where while driving 80 miles per hour, she reached out of her sunroof and shot at the police car behind her. No one was hit by the gunfire.

She was able to evade police, but they later found the silver BMW she was driving on Jarvis Road in the Santa Cruz Mountains.

"The location of Sloan is still unknown," Capitola Police said in a prepared statement. "She is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately."
