Battery: An adult male assaulted his father on the 600 block of Park Avenue at 7:07 p.m.

DUI/Resisting a Police Officer: Esplanade, 12:05 a.m.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Petty Theft: A male was arrested on the 1400 block of 41st Avenue at 1:18 p.m.
Petty Theft: Items were stolen from a vehicle on the 600 block of Park Avenue at 2:25 p.m.
Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 3:26 p.m.
Feb. 24:
Public Intoxication: A man was arrested at 4100 Paul Sweet Rd. in Soquel at 8:54 a.m.
Battery: A victim was battered and then chased around the on Soquel Drive at 10 p.m. This marks the fourth crime in as many months at the gas station.
Petty Theft: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 6:56 p.m
Feb. 23:
Vandalism: 2000 block, Wharf Road, 12:43 p.m.
Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 2:23 p.m.
Assault: Esplanade, 2:45 p.m.
Feb. 22:
Transporting and Selling Narcotics/Possession of Weapons/False Indentification to Police Officer: Two people were arrested at 41st Avenue and Jade Street at 8:22 a.m.
Petty Theft: 41st Avenue and Jade Street, 4:23 p.m.
Public Intoxication: 49th Avenue and Capitola Road, 6:18 p.m.
Feb. 21:
Petty Theft: A wallet and cell phone were stolen on the 1200 block of 41st Avenue at 9:45 a.m.
Petty Theft: A male was arrested on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue at 5:50 p.m.
Feb. 20:
Robbery: 800 block, Monterey Avenue, 1:07 a.m.
