Sunday, Jan. 6

2:21 a.m. Kathryn Gibbons was arrested for a DUI on Soquel Ave. and 41st Street.

Friday, Jan. 4

2:49 p.m. A bicycle was stolen on the 900 block of Capitola Ave.

Thursday, Jan. 3

11:09 p.m. David Moises was arrested for disordly conduct at 6500 Soquel Drive.

5:34 p.m. A juvenile was arrested for shoplifting on the 1800 block of 41st Ave.

8 a.m. Vandalism occurred on the 1800 block of 41st Ave.

1:15 a.m. Christian Galvan, 21, was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 1555 block of Soquel Drive.

1:02 a.m. Gabriella Chavarria was arrested for a DUI on 7th Street.

Tuesday, Jan. 1

4:19 a.m. A battery occurred on the 4200 block of Sea Pines Court. The victim refused to cooperate and did not wish to press charges.
