Loitering on Private Property: 900 block, Columbus Drive, 9:43 p.m.

Sept. 17:

Petty Theft: 1400 block, 41st Avenue, 3:08 p.m.

Vehicle Burglary: 1200 block, 41st Avenue, 2:02 p.m.

Sept. 16: 

Threatening with Intent to Terrorize: George Frederick Darnley threatened to kill another man by holding a car key in his fist like a weapon on the 2700 block of 41st Avenue in Soquel at 6:30 p.m. He then spit on the man's face and kicked the man's vehicle.

Inflicting Corporal Punishment on Cohabitant: 1000 block, 38th Avenue, 8:30 p.m.

Vandalism under $1000: An unknown suspect broke the rear left window of a car at 42nd Avenue and Capitola Road at 6:31 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A male was arrested on the Esplanade at 7:48 p.m.

Disorderly Behavior: Sandra Gail Sinkinson was arrested at 4150 Soquel Drive at 8:31 p.m. after violating a civil harassment order.

Breaking & Entering: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 7:37 p.m.

DUI: 30th Avenue and Capitola Road, 9:38 p.m.

Sept. 15:

Possession of Marijuana for Sale: Rodney Bigler was after attempting to sell marijuana to Benjamin Moore Paints employees at 10:28 a.m.

Under Influence of Controlled Substance/Possession of Hypodermic Needle: Bill A. Schindler, 41, of Capitola, was arrested by the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Department.

DUI: Steve M. Nelsson, 60, of Soquel, was arrested by the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Department.

Petty Theft: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 5:06 p.m.

Petty Theft: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 4:43 p.m.

Vandalism over $1000: An adult male was arrested at Wharf Road and Stockton Avenue at 1:09 a.m.

Public Intoxication: An adult male was arrested at Hill Street and Rosedale Avenue at 5:24 a.m.

Sept. 14:

Vandalism over $400: An adult male vandalized a building on the 4400 block of Jade Street at 9:52 p.m.

Sept. 13:

Receiving Known Stolen Property/Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 12:52 p.m.

Driving with Suspended License for DUI: Christopher Moreno, 31, of Capitola, was arrested by Capitola PD.

Petty Theft: A female juvenile was cited on the 1400 block of 41st Avenue at 1:38 p.m.

Sept. 12:

Armed Robbery: A man after claiming to have a bomb on his person at 9:54 a.m.

Grand Theft (money/labor/property over $950): A vehicle was stolen from the 600 block of Riverview Drive at 2:54 p.m.

Possession/Manufacturing/Selling Dangerous Weapons: An adult male was arrested at Capitola Avenue Bay Avenue at 10:53 p.m.

Assault on Cohabitant: Michael H. Dabecic, 35, of Soquel was arrested by the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Department.
