Police Blotter: Thirteen Crimes over Seven Days

Petty theft was the most common crime in Capitola and Soquel over the last week.

April 17:
Misrepresentation as Access Cardholder: 4300 block, Clares Street, 2:42 p.m.

April 16:
Violation of Probation: Lindsay Nelson was arrested at 1475 41st Ave. in Capitola at 2:25 a.m. Police said she was found to be in possession of hypodermic needles, burglary tools and possibly stolen cellphones.

Willfully Resisting an Officer: Ben Kindurski is suspected of fleeing the scene of an arrested for a warrant at midnight at 24925 San Jose Rd. in Soquel. He was not apprehended.

Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia: Deirdre Lyons, 46, was arrested by .

Receiving Known Stolen Property: Gregory Hamm was arrested at 1 p.m. in Soquel for possessing a stolen bicycle.

April 11:
Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 10:08 a.m. 

Use of Controlled Substance: Amina Hitchcock, 38, was arrested by Santa Cruz PD. 

Driving with Suspended License: Elizabeth Rivas was arrested by Capitola PD.

Inflicting Corporal Injury on Spouse: Richard Pooch, 46, was arrested by Capitola PD.
