Violation of Probation: Lindsay Nelson was arrested at 1475 41st Ave. in Capitola at 2:25 a.m. Police said she was found to be in possession of hypodermic needles, burglary tools and possibly stolen cellphones.
Willfully Resisting an Officer: Ben Kindurski is suspected of fleeing the scene of an arrested for a warrant at midnight at 24925 San Jose Rd. in Soquel. He was not apprehended.
