Battery of Police Officer: Sommerfeld Avenue and Axford Road, 6:41 p.m.
June 28:
Residential Burglary: 4500 block, Garnet Street, 8:00 a.m.
Residential Burglary: 4600 block, Garnet Street, 8:00 a.m.
Residential Burglary: 4600 block, Garnet Street, 8:41 a.m.
Assault: Andy Melgar, 20, of Soquel, was arrested by the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Department.
June 27:
Assault with Deadly Weapon or Instrument: Dennis Harold North swung a bottle at Charles Shawn Rowe at 2720 41st Ave. in Soquel, at 11:51 p.m. North was also heard threatening to "cut" Rowe.
Petty Theft: 1700 block, 41st Avenue, 11:35 a.m.
Under the Influence of Drugs: Robin R. Schuster, 47, of Capitola, was arrested by Santa Cruz PD.
Driving with Suspended License: Michael Meyer of Capitola was arrested by Capitola PD.
Under the Influence of Drugs: Carrie L. Spini, 42, of Soquel, was arrested by the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Department.
