Police Blotter: Soquel Man Arrested For Lewd Act With a Child

Sunday, April 7 

2:42 p.m. A theft occurred on the 4100 block of 41st Ave. The suspect had two additional arrest warrants.

Saturday, April 6 

8:56 p.m. A woman was arrested for public intoxication on the 5000 block of Cliff Drive.

8:50 a.m. Courtney Eachus, 25, of Soquel was arrested for disorderly conduct due to alcohol on the 1500 block of Ocean Street.

8:49 a.m. Andrew Teeter, 19, was arrested on Bay Street south of Center Street.

8:03 a.m. Maxine Elizabeth Maston, 20, of Capitola was arrested on Ocean Street and Water Street for a DUI.

Friday, April 5

9:43 p.m. Linda Leone Ellswood, 64, of Soquel was arrested for a DUI related to alcohol or drugs on the 5000 block of Wilder Drive.

9:09 p.m. Jacob Jorge Davis, 24, of Capitola was arrested due to a probation violation and disorderly conduct due to alcohol.

2:30 p.m. Christopher Ryan Rego, 31, of Soquel was arrested for lewd acts with a child.

9 a.m. A vandalism occurred on the 400 block of Riverview Drive.

2:25 a.m. Sergio Montgomery was arrested for evading police and vehicle theft on the 1500 block of 41st Ave.

Wednesday, April 3

7:20 p.m. A man was cited for a court order violation in the 4600 block of Capitola Road.

7 p.m. A vehicle burglary occurred on the 800 block of Bay Ave.

2:38 p.m. A male juvenile was arrested for shoplifting in the 800 block of Bay Avenue. 

Tuesday, April 2

9:27 p.m.Two vehicle vandalisms occurred on the 800 block of Bay Avenue.

Monday, April 1

1:44 p.m. Two unknown suspects attempted to burglarize a vehicle on the 1800 block of 41st Ave.

1 p.m. A burglary occurred on the 1800 block of 41st Ave.
