11:31 p.m. A man was cited for driving on a suspended license on 38th Ave.
7:46 p.m. A man was cited for shoplifting from Nob Hill on the 800 block of Bay Ave.
12:50 a.m. A man was arrested for public intoxication on the 1600 block of 41st Ave.
Thursday
3:56 p.m. A suspect was arrested for possession of paraphernalia, being under the influence, and violating probation terms on 41st Ave.
3:40 p.m. An incident of vandalism occurred on Capitola Ave and SR-1 overpass and Capitola Avenue.
3:39 p.m. An incident of vandalism occurred on the 1400 block of Wharf Road on the Capitola Wharf.

9:08 p.m. A woman was arrested for intoxication on the Esplanade.
8:48 p.m. A man was arrested for public intoxication on the 200 block of Esplanade.
3:39 p.m. A male juvenile was arrested for theft at Capitola Mall.

4:10 p.m. A vehicle burglary occurred on the 1400 block of 41st Ave. A man was arrested for a warrant in the area of 30th Street and Roland Road.
1:57 p.m. A female juvenile was arrested for shoplifting on the 1800 block of 41st Ave.

7:37 a.m. A battery occurred on the 800 block of Bay Ave. The suspect was cited and released.
