Petty Theft: 1400 block, 41st Avenue, 6:29 p.m.

Nov. 4:

Forgery: Felisha Eva Lopez was arrested by the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Department for attempting to pass a fake $10 bill at 2425 Soquel Dr. at 9:02 a.m.

Petty Theft: 1700 block, 41st Avenue, 12:22 p.m.

Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 6:06 p.m.

Battery: 700 block, Capitola Avenue, 6:30 p.m.

Nov. 3:

Public Intoxication: Leroy E. Eyles, 64, of Capitola, was arrested by Capitola PD.

Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 9:09 p.m.

Nov. 2:

Motor Vehicle Theft: Raylen J. Little, 27, of Capitola, was arrested by Santa Cruz CHP.

Petty Theft: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 4:56 p.m.

Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 6:46 p.m.

Nov. 1:

Vehicle Burglary: A suspect in a truck broke into a vehicle at 3229 N. Center St. in Soquel at 11:17 p.m. and stole a cell phone. 

Public Intoxication: Daniel J. Mastin, 53, of Soquel, was arrested by Capitola PD.

Oct. 31:

Commercial Burglary: Unknown suspects entered the office building at 5905 Soquel Drive by prying a door open at 12:30 p.m. Nothing was reported stolen.

Residential Burglary: 4400 block, Diamond Street, 3 p.m.
