May 28:

DUI: A man was arrested for DUI at Portola Drive and 41st Avenue at 12:50 p.m.

Vandalism: 300 block, Plum Street, 11:29 a.m.

Petty Theft: Items were taken from an unlocked vehicle on the 800 block of Laurence Avenue at 2 a.m.

May 27:

Sexual Battery: A male grabbed a female's crotch at 38th Avenue and the railroad tracks at 4:59 p.m. and then quickly walked away. The woman was walking with her one-year-old in a stroller.

May 26:

DUI: 300 block, Park Avenue, 10:02 p.m.

May 25:

Possession of Narcotics: A female was arrested for possession of liquid heroin on the 5000 block of Wilder Drive in Soquel at 8:23 a.m.

Residential Burglary: Jewelry was stolen from a home on the 24000 block of Soquel San Jose Road between 12 and 3 p.m.

Battery: 2100 block, 41st Avenue, 11:45 a.m.

Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 5:53 p.m.

False Identification: 300 block, McCormick Avenue, 11:22 p.m.

May 24: 

Vandalism over $400: An unknown suspect broke the window of a business on the 2600 block of 41st Avenue at 5:18 p.m. causing $1,000 of damage.

Threatening Crime with Intent to Terrorize/Trespassing: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 8:28 p.m.

May 23: 

Residential Burglary: Numerous items were taken from a home on the 3700 block of Fairway Drive in Soquel.

Petty Theft: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 3:30 p.m.

Petty Theft: 1400 block, 41st Avenue, 4:59 p.m.

May 21:

Petty Theft/Trespassing: A female was cited on the 800 block of Bay Avenue at 6:20 p.m.

Petty Theft: Two license plates were stolen on the 4400 block of Diamond Street at 1:09 p.m.

Petty Theft: 4100 block, Pearson Court, 5 p.m.

Petty Theft: 1700 block, 41st Avenue, 3:46 p.m.
