Police Blotter: Pot Club Burglary and Bouncer Beating

March 11: 

Commercial Burglary: Three suspects broke windows at Santa Cruz Mountain Naturals, a marijuana dispensary in Soquel, at 11:11 p.m. They tried to break into the room containing the marijuana but were unsuccessful and left the scene in a white truck.

Possession of a Controlled Substance: A man was stopped at 38th Avenue and Bramble Lane at 12:54 a.m. after it was believed he left the scene of a battery. .

March 9:

Public Intoxication: A woman was arrested at 3530 Portola Dr. at 12 a.m.

March 8:

Unlicensed Driver/False Identification: A male was arrested after being pulled over and it was found that he had no license, there was an open alcohol container on the floor of his vehicle and that he had false tabs on his license plate. He also falsely identified himself to authorities. 

Public Intoxication: Two people were arrested on the Esplanade at 5:23 p.m.

Vehicle Theft: 1100 block, 41st Avenue, 6:33 p.m.

Vandalism under $1000: 3300 block, Clares Street, 9:26 a.m.

Vandalism: 3200 block, Clares Street, 4:47 p.m.

March 7:

Public Intoxication: A male was arrested at 3601 Portola Dr. at 12 a.m.

Petty Theft: A female was arrested on the 1400 block of 41st Avenue at 6:43 p.m.

Vehicle Burglary/Vandalism over $400: 700 block, El Salto Avenue, 9:20 p.m.

March 6:

Burglary/Assault with a Deadly Weapon/Resisting Arrest/Possession of Controlled Substance: Nicholas Tzimbal and Violet Perez were arrested in Live Oak after a .

Possession of Metal Knuckles/Driving with a Suspended License: A male was arrested on the 800 block of Bay Avenue at 4:45 p.m.

March 5:

Commercial Burglary/Vandalism over $400: 200 block, Monterey Avenue, 4:40 a.m.

Vehicle Burglary/Vandaliam under $1000: 1700 block, Wharf Road, 9:48 a.m.

Petty Theft: A bicycle was stolen from the 100 block of Stockton Avenue at 8 a.m.

Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 4:03 p.m.
