Possession of Narcotics: Mark Alan Stevens was stopped in his car at 3960 Portola Dr. and was determined to be under the influence of cocaine at 12:53 a.m.
Residential Burglary: An unknown suspect entered the home at 1303 Soquel San Jose Rd. through a window and stole jewelry and a laptop at 11 a.m.

Nov. 22:
Vandalism over $400: A suspect smashed the rear window of a van at 4150 Soquel Dr. at 8:55 p.m.
Public Intoxication: Steven Douglas Lyons was arrested after nearly being stuck in the roadway at 4150 Soquel Dr. at 9:45 p.m.
