Police Blotter: Indecent Exposure, Embezzlement and Assault with an Airsoft Gun

Jan. 8:

Disturbing the Peace: Three people were engaged in a verbal at Capitola Road and Heritage Lane at 10:43 p.m.

Public Intoxication: 200 block, Esplanade, 1:08 a.m.

Public Intoxication: A male was arrested at 4771 Soquel Dr. at 8:45 p.m.

Indecent Exposure/DUI: A male was arrested on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue, 8:01 p.m.

DUI: A male was arrested at 41st Avenua and Gross Road at 2:57 a.m.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon (not a firearm): A male was assaulted with an airsoft gun on the 2000 block of 41st Avenue at 10:35 p.m.

Embezzlement: A female was arrested on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue at 7:14 p.m.

Possession of Narcotics: A male was arrested for possessing heroin on the 1500 block of 41st Avenue at 9:55 p.m.

Public Intoxication: Authorities found a man passed out at Anna Jean Cummings Park in Soquel at 4:32 p.m. Whe he awoke, he fell on his face and was transported to Dominican Hospital to treat his laceration.

Jan. 6:

Armed Robbery: Two masked men near Dominican Hospital at 10:37 a.m.

Embezzlement: A Sears employee was arrested when it was found that he or she had stolen money from the cash register and short changed customers, pocketing the extra money.

Public Intoxication: A female was arrested at 41st Avenue and Reposa Avenue at 12:23 p.m.

Disturbing the Peace: A male was cited for using offensive words in public at the Capitola Mall at 4:07 p.m.

Disturbing the Peace: A male was cited for using offensive words in public at the Capitola Mall at 4:51 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A female was cited for being drunk at Dominican Hospital at 7:18 p.m.

Petty Theft/Carrying a Switchblade: A juvenile was arrested on the 4000 block of Capitola Road at 7:35 p.m.

Petty Theft: 1100 block, 41st Avenue, 2:50 p.m.

Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 5:32 p.m.

Jan. 5:

Vandalism under $1000: A juvenile male was arrested on the 1400 block of 41st Avenue at 4:14 p.m.

Threatening Crime with Intent to Terrorize/Resisting Police Officer: 1700 block, 44th Avenue, 7:14 p.m.

Petty Theft: Items were stolen from a car in the Capitola Mall parking lot at 12:20 p.m.

Jan. 4:

Petty Theft: A suspect grabbed an 18-pack of beer at the Quik Stop on Soquel Drive and left without paying at 7:42 p.m.

Vandalism under $1000: A flower pot was broken on the 400 block of Capitola Avenue at 12:58 a.m.

Jan. 3:

Driving while Addicted to Narcotics/Burglary/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: Two people were after a string of burglaries in Capitola and Watsonville.

Vandalism under $1000: 2000 block, Wharf Road, 2:02 a.m.

Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 3:21 p.m.

Petty Theft: a tool was stolen on the 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 10 a.m.

Petty Theft: 3500 block, Clares Street, 2:30 p.m.

Jan. 2:

Robbery: 1200 block, 41st Avenue, 11:29 a.m.
