DUI: Capitola Road and 48th Avenue, 1:55 a.m.

Vandalism $1000-5000: Vandalism was reported to the water system on the 800 block of Bay Avenue.

Burglary: 3500 block, Clares Street, 8:51 a.m.

Possession of Concentrated Cannabis: 41st Avenue and Capitola Road, 11:17 a.m.

Petty Theft: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 3:34 p.m.

Driving with Suspended License: Capitola Road and 17th Avenue, 11:09 p.m.

August 19:

DUI: 4400 block, Jade Street, 2:13 a.m.

August 18: 

Possession of Controlled Substance/Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia: Capitola Avenue and Wilder Drive, 1:39 a.m.

Illegal Discharge of Sewage: A subject was arrested for dumping urine on Cliff Drive at 9:37 a.m.

Grand Theft: An unknown suspect stole a bicycle from the 1900 block of 41st Avenue at 12:16 p.m.

August 17:

Petty Theft: 1400 block, 41st Avenue, 2:30 p.m.

Public Intoxication: Dale W. Merritt, 47, of Capitola, was arrested on the Esplanade at 6:15 p.m.

August 16:

Vandalism: Park benches were spray painted in Capitola Village.

Vandalism $1000-5000: People drove vehicles in a Capitola field, causing damage.

August 15:

Possession of Controlled Substance/Giving False Information to Police Officer: Lisa M. Allison, 45, of Soquel, was arrested by Santa Cruz PD.
