DUI: A man was arrested after being pulled over and admitting to have been drinking a beer at 30th Avenue and Brommer Street at 1:45 a.m.

Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 2:24 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A female was arrested at 675 38th Ave. at 7:30 p.m.

Petty Theft: 400 block, Capitola Avenue, 6:33 p.m.

March 2:

Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 3:18 p.m.

March 1:

Homicide:  

Receiving Known Stolen Property/Petty Theft/Possession of Hypodermic Needle: A male was arrested for the paraphernalia and stolen property charges and a female was arrested for petty theft on the 1700 block of 41st Avenue at 3:44 p.m.

Possession of Controlled Substance: 41st Avenue and Clares Street, 12:59 p.m.

Vandalism under $1000: 800 block, Bay Avenue, 10:39 p.m.

Feb. 29:

Residential Burglary: 500 block, Plum Street, 6:20 p.m.

Vandalism under $1000: 3200 block, Clares Street, 10:12 a.m.

Feb. 28:

Passing Fictitious Checks: A woman used fake checks at Beverly's Fabrics in Soquel.

Petty Theft: A bike was stolen on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue at 9:29 a.m.

Petty Theft: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 11:15 a.m.

Feb. 27:

Resisting Arrest: An adult male attempted to evade police on the 800 block of Bay Avenue at 6:07 p.m.

Vehicle Burglary: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 8:15 a.m.

Vandalism: A gang tag was painted on a wall on the 1700 block of 41st Avenue at 8:07 a.m.
