DUI: A drunk driver caused an accident at Woolsey Circle and Wharf Road at 1:39 a.m.

Contributing to the Deliquency of a Minor/Neglect of Parental Duties/Petty Theft: Two people were arrested on the 1400 block of 41st Avenue at 9:14 p.m.

Oct. 1:

DUI/Public Intoxication: A male was arrested on the 100 block of Washburn Avenue at 1:24 a.m.

Vehicle Burglary: 800 block, Monterey Avenue, 4:17 p.m.

Inflicting Corporal Injury on Spouse: 1900 block, 46th Avenue, 10:54 p.m.

Sept. 30: 

Residential Burglary: An unknown suspect stole $11,736 of goods from a home at 650 Hidden Valley Rd. in Soquel at 7:45 a.m.

Receiving Known Stolen Property: Tyler Maki Fullmer and Addisu A. Assegued were arrested after stealing approximately $114 of groceries from Safeway in Soquel at 10:15 p.m.

Petty Theft: 900 block, Rosedale Avenue, 11:22 a.m.

Sept. 29:

Commercial Burglary: Unknown suspects broke into Montesouri School-Santa Cruz at 6230 Soquel Dr. at 7 p.m. and stole books.

Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 6:20 p.m.

Resisting Arrest/Public Intoxication: A male was arrested on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue at 10:23 p.m.

Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 3:22 p.m.

Petty Theft: 1700 block, Wharf Road, 11:20 a.m.

Sept. 28:

Arson: An unknown person set fire to a wooded area of Park Avenue and McGregor Drive at 12:28 p.m.  

Sept. 27:

Possession of Controlled Substance: Amina Ruquyaa Hitchcock for methamphetamine possession on the 3100 block of Mission Drive in Soquel at 8:37 p.m.

Annoying, Obscene, Threatening Phone Call: An unknown subject left a threatening message on the phone of a home on the 4000 block of Reposa Avenue at 12:37 a.m. 

Using Another's ID/Petty Theft: 200 block, Hollister Avenue, 8:18 a.m.

Petty Theft: A female shoplifted on the 1400 block of 41st Avenue at 2:39 p.m.
