Jan. 21

9:49 p.m. Michael Vincent Donnelly, 20, was arrested for disorderly conduct due to alcohol on 140 Front Street. 

7:11 p.m. Edward Jade Davis, 28, was arrested for domestic violence in Capitola, with a bail amount set at $25,000.

5: 22 a.m. Maxwell Cheney, 21, received a DUI at Malibu and Newport.

Jan. 20

3:29 a.m. Darren Lee Davis, 47, was arrested for domestic violence in Soquel.

Jan. 18

9:30 a.m. Galen Michael Clarke, 22, was arrested for disorderly conduct due to alcohol on 920 Capitola Ave in Soquel.

7:29 a.m. Hilario Ramirez, 43, was arrested for first degree burglary at 1715 Beach Street.

Jan. 17

3:35 p.m. Vandalism and attempted theft attempt was reported on the 1800 block of Wharf Road.

3:01 p.m. Taylor Ethridge, 41, was arrested for possessing narcotics for sale. 

Jan. 16

8 p.m. A vehicle was stolen from the 4200 block of Auto Plaza Drive. 

8 p.m. An incident of vandalism occurred on the 4400 block of Auto Plaza Drive.

5:19 p.m. A man was arrested for public intoxication on the 1300 block of Ruby Court.

4:41 p.m. A vehicle was vandalized on the 1700 block of 43rd Ave.

I was Not Drunk on January 18th. I am outraged that they didn't even breathalize me or do any sobriety test. Nick Salvia was wasted and at the wrong property and I come out to help to my house and they arrest the two of us. Completely unfair!
