After weeks with 20-plus crimes, for the second week in a row, reported crimes were below 15 last week.

Petty Theft: 800 block, Bay Avenue, 3:38 a.m.

Minor in Possession of Alcohol/Disorderly Conduct-Alcohol: A youth was cited and released on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue at 9:37 p.m.

Vandalism (under $1,000): 800 block, Bay Avenue, 2:05 a.m.

May 19:

Contempt of Court/Disobeying Court Order: A subject was cited on the 4700 block of Grace Street at 5:59 p.m.

Petty Theft: An unknown male was reported to have stolen a bicycle on the 1400 block of Ruby Court at 10:23 p.m.

Possession of Concentrated Cannabis/Petty Theft: A subject was arrested on the 800 block of Bay Avenue at 1:40 p.m.

Petty Theft: A phone was reported stolen at 3535 N. Main St. in Soquel at 9:30 p.m.

Vandalism (under $1,000): 1500 block, 42nd Avenue, 6:07 a.m.

May 18:

Possession of Concentrated Cannabis/Possession, Manufacturing and Selling a Dangerous Weapon: A subject was arrested on the 500 block of Monterey Avenue at 3:17 p.m.

May 17:

Defrauding an Innkeeper ($40 or less): A group of people left a restaurant without paying on the 200 block of the Esplanade at 8:53 p.m.

Vandalism (under $1,000): 4300 block, Diamond Street, 11:53 p.m.

May 16:

Drunk in Public: Charles Roper, 38, was arrested by Santa Cruz PD.

Petty Theft: 600 block, Center Street, 2:09 a.m.
