Driving with Suspended License: Heather Burson, 51, was arrested by Capitola PD.

Obtaining Credit Card to Use Other's ID: An unknown suspect stole a Soquel woman's information and purchased several items online.

May 10:

Driving without License: Eiby Sarmiento, 19, was cited by the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Department. 

Possession of Controlled Substance: Francisco Xuanamendez, 19, was arrested by the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Department.

Assault with Deadly Weapon: 800 block, Bay Avenue, 11:25 a.m.

Disorderly Conduct-Alcohol: A person was arrested on the 500 block of Bay Avenue at 6:04 p.m.

May 9:

Possession of Hypodermic Needle/Possession of Controlled Substance: Jeremiah Salvage, 23, was arrested by Capitola PD.

Petty Theft: 700 block, El Salto Drive, 1:30 p.m.
