Commercial Burglary: Two unknown males broke into Computer Center Santa Cruz in Soquel at 4:01 a.m. and stole an unknown amount of equipment.

Vandalism: Two youths vandalized a stop sign at the intersection of Bay Avenue and Highway 1 at 8 a.m.
Disorderly Conduct: Richard McCormick, 52, was arrested in the Whole Foods parking lot at 5:24 p.m.

Vandalism: Two youths were arrested on the 4400 block of Jade Street at 11:45 p.m.
April 22:
Battery on Spouse: Christina Giannotti, 21, was arrested by the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Department.
Disorderly Conduct: Matt Lansing, 40, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on the 200 block of Monterey Avenue at 6:55 p.m.
April 21:
Theft, Multiple Items: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, Capitola, 3:36 and 4:56 p.m.
Residential Burglary: Sheila Harvey was arrested by the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Department on suspicion of a burglary at 3060 Porter St. in Soquel.
Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance: Baron Tizenor was arrested in Soquel on suspicion of public intoxication after admitted use of methamphetamine.
April 20:
Possession of Burglary Tools: Esteban Lopez was arrested at midnight on the 4800 block of Soquel Drive in Soquel. He was on probation at the time of his arrest.
Battery with Serious Bodily Injury: 4900 block, Cliff Avenue, Capitola, 9 p.m.
Battery on Spouse: 1900 block, 46th Avenue, Capitola, 7:12 a.m.
April 19:
Battery: Capitola PD responded to two youths fighting at 42nd Avenue and South Capitola Road at 7:30 p.m.
April 18:
Petty Theft: 1800 block, Wharf Road, Capitola, 12:20 p.m. The property was returned, and the victim was not willing to prosecute.
Vandalism: A youth was accused of putting graffiti on several walls near Wharf Road and Highway 1 at 9:45 p.m.
