July 15:

DUI: 2100 block, 41st Avenue, 2:15 p.m.

Vandalism: 1700 block, 41st Avenue, 8:56 a.m.

July 14:

Threatening a Crime with Intent to Terrorize: A bomb threat was made on the 1500 block of 41st Avenue at 10:33 a.m.

Vehicle Burglary: 1900 block, 46th Avenue, 6:56 p.m.

DUI: Capitola Avenue and Fanmar Way, 11:01 p.m.

Battery: Soquel Drive and Thurber Lane, 10:29 p.m.

Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance: A man was arrested on the 3000 block of Fairway Drive at 1:30 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A man was arrested on the 2700 block of 41st Avenue in Soquel at 10:30 p.m.

July 13:

Possession of Narcotic Controlled Substance/Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia/Resisting Arrest: 30th Avenue and Capitola Road, 5:39 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A woman was arrested at Dominican Hospital at 5:53 p.m.

July 12:

Residential Burglary: An unknown suspect entered a house on Winkle Avenue through an unlocked rear sliding glass door and stole guns and jewelry at 10 a.m.

Petty Theft with Prior Convictions: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 7:30 p.m.

Vandalism: A vehicle was vandalized on the 1000 block of 38th Avenue at 6:30 p.m.

Petty Theft: A bicycle was stolen on the 400 block of 38th Avenue at 11 p.m.

July 11:

Burglary/Conspiracy to Commit Crime: 1100 block, 41st Avenue, 7:57 p.m.

Petty Theft: A woman was arrested on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue at 5:30 p.m.

Using Another's ID: A woman's Social Security Number was used on a fraudulent tax return on the 1700 block of Sommerfeld Avenue. 

Vandalism under $400: A suspect caused damage to the bathroom at Castaways Bar on Portola Drive at 12 a.m.

July 10:

Vandalism: 800 block, Bay Avenue, 2:54 a.m.

July 9:

Willful Discharge of a Firearm in a Negligent Manner/Vandalism over $400: An unknown person shot a BB gun into an occupied building on the 2100 block of 41st Avenue at 3:51 p.m.

Public Intoxication: Two men were arrested on the 300 block of Riverview Avenue at 8:56 p.m.

DUI: Kennedy Drive and Park Avenue, 9:14 a.m.
