Petty Theft: Reported on the 1400 block of 41st Avenue at 10:30 a.m.

Public intoxication: A drunk woman was arrested in front of Safeway on 41st Avenue.

Disorderly conduct: A man was arrested for being drunk in public on Robertson Drive at Soquel Wharf Road around 7:14 p.m.

Oct. 12

Vandalism: Reported at Capitola Avenue and Plum Street at 10:49 a.m.

Resisting arrest: A subject fled police at 42nd Avenue and Capitola Road at 1:31 p.m.

Commercial burglary: Two burglars stole items from Best Buy on 41st Avenue around 2:17 p.m.

Under the influence: A man was arrested for drug use on Abbey Road and Willowbrook Lane around 9:53 p.m.

Oct. 11

Vandalism: It was reported on Clares Street and Derby Avenue at 7:47 a.m.

Drug charges: An arrest was made on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue at 2:35 p.m.

Vehicle theft: A man was arrested for possessing a stolen vehicle and drugs on the 700 block of Capitola Avenue at 4:01 p.m.

Public intoxication: A woman was arrested on the 4300 block of Soquel Drive at 6:32 p.m.

Car break-in: It happened on the 2700 block of Cabrillo College Drive around 9 p.m.

Oct. 10

Warrant arrest: A woman was arrested for a felony warrant on the 1400 block of 41st Avenue at 10:18 a.m.

Drunk in public: Police made an arrest on the 2000 block of 41st Avenue at 5:02 p.m.

Contempt of court: A restraining order was violated on the 3500 block of Clares Street at 8:58 p.m.

Theft: Two signs were stolen from Park and Monterey avenues at 8:58 p.m.

Car burglary: It happened on the 1700 block of Wharf Road at 9:33 p.m.

Oct. 9

Missing person: An Olive Springs Road family reported a relative has not been in contact in two weeks. The man, Kenneth Parker Macauley, lives in a homeless camp in Davenport. He was entered into the missing persons system.

Oct. 8

Contempt of court: A court order was violated on the 700 block of Hill Street at 2:02 p.m.

Petty theft: A bike was stolen on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue during the afternoon.
