Here are highlights for the week in crime reports from the Capitola Police Department.

Friday, Dec. 10

4:54 p.m.— An adult male was arrested for battery at Capitola Mall.

11:43 p.m.— A male was arrested for domestic violence in the 4000 block of Emerald Street.

Saturday, Dec. 11

9:04 a.m.— An incident of theft from a vehicle occurred on the 200 block of Terrace Way

3:29 p.m.— A grand theft and a petty theft occurred in the 4000 block of Capitola Road.

Sunday, Dec. 12

1:21 a.m.— Battery occurred in the 1900 block of 46th Avenue.

3.33 p.m.— Shoplift from a department store occurred in the Browns shopping center.

5:07 p.m.— Male subject was cited and released for petty theft from Sears.

8:35 p.m. — Male subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail for public intoxication.
