Residential Burglary: The door of a house on the 2900 block of Soquel San Jose Road was kicked down at 5 p.m. The suspect took a television from inside.
Petty Theft: 1900 block, 46th Avenue, 8:50 p.m.

Jan. 14:
Commercial Burglary: An unknown suspect . Fingerprints were taken at the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
Commercial Burglary: An unknown suspect took $3,000 from a safe at the business at 881 41st Ave at 8 a.m.
Petty Theft: 400 block, Capitola Avenue, 11 p.m.
Jan. 13:
Possession of a Controlled Substance: A male was arrested at 297 Alturas Way in Soquel for possession of .6 grams of methamphetamine. A meth pipe was also found in his shoe.
Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 5:33 p.m.
Jan. 12:
Assault: 800 block, Balboa Avenue, 11:06 p.m.
Petty Theft: 1400 block, 41st Avenue, 7:13 p.m.
Jan. 11:
Robbery: Quik Stop on Soquel Drive was for the second time in just over two months at 12:15 a.m.
Jan. 10:
DUI/Resisting an Officer: A male was arrested on the 3500 block of Deans Lane at 12:55 a.m.
Assault: Jade Street and 45th Avenue, 8:45 p.m.
Jan. 9:
Residential Burglary: A bicycle was stolen from a garage on the 2900 block of Maplethorpe Lane in Soquel at 9 p.m.
Public Intoxication: 200 block, Esplanade, 1:08 a.m.
Assault: Esplanade, 12:10 am.
Forgery: 400 block, Capitola Avenue, 1:08 p.m.
Petty Theft: 4000 block, Capitola Road, 4:13 p.m.
Petty Theft/Failure to Resiter as a Sex Offender: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 4:42 p.m.
Burglary: 1100 block, 41st Avenue, 5:23 p.m.
Petty Theft: Items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 1700 block of 43rd Avenue at 2:30 p.m. They were later revocered by the rightful owner.
Residential Burglary: 1700 block, Sommerfield Ave, 6:10 p.m.
Petty Theft: 1800 block, 42nd Avenue, 6 p.m.
