June 11:

DUI: Esplanade & Stockton Avenue, 4:25 p.m. 

Disorderly Conduct, Alcohol/Challenge to Fight in Public/Outside Warrant: A subject was arrested on the 1400 block of Wharf Road at 5:12 p.m.

June 10:

Disorderly Conduct/Possession of Marijuana: 1500 block, Wharf Road, 10:48 p.m.

Hit and Run, Property Damage: 1200 block, 41st Avenue, 10:51 a.m.

Petty Theft: 600 block, Sunset Drive, 6:21 a.m.

Petty Theft: 300 block, Riverview Avenue, 7:50 a.m.

Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs: Clinton Hubback, 26, of Soquel, was arrested by the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Department. 

June 9:

Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs: Albert Gonzalez, 28, of Capitola, was arrested by Capitola PD.

Battery: A juvenile was beaten on the 1800 block of 41st Avenue at 6:30 p.m. The mother of the child did not want to press charges.

Petty Theft: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 8:08 p.m.

Disorderly Conduct, Alcohol: A male and female were were arrested on the 1700 block of 41st Avenue at 11:50 p.m.

June 8:

Driving with Suspended License: A female was cited and released at Capitola Road and W Wharf Road at 11:13 a.m.

Residential Burglary: Thomas Warrington was arrested for breaking into 25295 Soquel San Jose Rd. at 7:30 a.m.

Disorderly Conduct: Stanley Brayson was arrested for being drunk at a church at 2951 Soquel Dr. at 12:00 a.m.

Petty Theft: 100 block, Cabrillo Street, 11:00 p.m.

June 7:

DUI: William E. Beuchat, 27, of Soquel, was arrested by Santa Cruz CHP

June 6:

Possession of Controlled Substance: Matthew Hudson Lincoln was arrested after being seen smoking something out of tin foil. After being apprehended in Safeway in Soquel, police found a syringe, foil, a pen tube and 0.3g of heroin. 

DUI: A male was arrested on the 4700 block of Opal Cliff Drive at 2:11 a.m.
