Oct. 22:

Petty Theft: 1800 block, 41st Avenue, 5:12 p.m.

Commercial Burglary: 800 block, Bay Acenue, 5:15 p.m.

Oct. 21: 

Possession of a Controlled Substance: Brian Jose Espinoza was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at Capitola Road and 38th Avenue at 11:18 p.m.

Petty Theft: 1400 block, 41st Avenue, 3:56 p.m.

Oct. 20:

Unauthorized Entry into a Non-Commercial Dwelling: John Michael Sanden was cited for entering the building at 5733 Old San Jose Rd. in Soquel at 8 p.m. 

Public Intoxication: 200 block, Monterey Avenue, 12:26 a.m.

Petty Theft: A male was arrested on the 1400 block of 41st Avenue at 7:31 p.m.

Oct. 19:

Petty Theft: A cable was cut to steal a bicycle at 2650 41st Ave. in Soquel at 10:50 a.m.

Vandalism: A traffic sign was vandalized at Capitola Road and 38th Avenue at 12:51 a.m.

Theft (Misrepresentation as Access Cardholder: 2100 block, Francesco Circle, 12:35 p.m.

Use of a Controlled Substance/Petty Theft: 1400 block, 41st Avenue, 6:10 p.m.

Battery: A juvenile male was arrested on the 1900 block of 42nd Avenue at 7:29 p.m.

Oct. 18: 

Inflicting Corporal Injury on Cohabitant: A victim was bitten on the hand by a suspect in a domestic dispute that left the aggresor missing a tooth on Coyote Canyon Road in Soquel at 6 p.m.

Oct. 17:

Petty Theft: A juvenile female was cited and released to her mother after shoplifting from Sears at 5:24 p.m.

DUI: A male was arrested on the 1400 block of Bulb Avenue at 9:17 p.m.

Petty Theft: 1900 block, 46th Avenue, 6:30 a.m.
