Sheriff's deputies are looking for the men who escaped from Rountree Jail outside of Watsonville on Tuesday morning.

Bryan Martin, 29, of Ben Lomond and Blaine Collamore, 22, of Scotts Valley, escaped from Rountree Medium Security Jail Tuesday morning, the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office has announced.

They walked out the back gate Tuesday morning, stole a car and were still on the lam as of 1 p.m., sheriff's Sgt. Steve Carney confirmed.

They were taking a class at the jail Tuesday. During a break they walked out and went through an unsecured area in the back of the medium security area, according to Carney.
