AGE: 27
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Felony theft with prior convictions and drug possession. She failed to comply with the terms of her probation.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Diana Quiroz
AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz 
WARRANT: Identity theft, theft of an ATM card and multiple thefts. She failed to appear in court for the charges.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Nancy Morales
AGE: 21
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Resisting arrest and DUI. Morales was arrested driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and resisting arrest. She failed to appear in court for the charges.

WATSONVILLE POLICE

WARRANT: Terrorist threats and violating a protective order.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Philip Willis

DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: unknown, frequents Sheldon Street in Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Parole violation and possessing stolen property. Willis has violated his parole terms and failed to show up for scheduled court appearance. He has prior arrests for vehicle thefts, possession of stolen property, narcotic violations and resisting arrest.
