Anthony Gabriel Tavera
Wanted: Failure to comply with the terms of probation
Age: 34
Description: 5’9”, 200 lbs, black hair and brown eyes
City of Residence: Watsonville
Details: Tavera is wanted for failing to comply with the terms of probation on multiple cases. He has a history of assault with a deadly weapon, burglary and narcotics violations

Randal Oliver Harper

Wanted: Assault with a deadly weapon and narcotics violations
Age: 28
Description: 6’, 260 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes
City of Residence: Transient, with multiple contacts in Santa Cruz and Boulder Creek
Details: Harper is wanted for failing to comply with the terms of his probation. He has a past history of assault causing great bodily injury, assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.

Miguel Angel Sanchez Espinoza

Wanted: Carrying a concealed weapon
Age: 30
Description: 5’4”, 155 lbs with black hair and brown eyes
City of Residence: Watsonville
Details: Sanchez Espinoza is wanted for failing to appear for court on multiple cases. He has a past history of assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, possession of stolen property and DUI

Description: 
Hispanic Male - Late teens or Early 20’s 
Approx 5’06” to 5’07”, Slender/ small frame 
No facial hair, no blemishes 
Dark Hair 
Details: On April 29, 2013, two separate female runners were attacked by the suspect depicted in the attached sketches. The first attack occurred at approximately 7:30 PM on Escalona Drive near Olive Street. Approximately 30 minutes later a second attack occurred on Western Drive near Echo Street.
